Join us for a 6-month season of events featuring neuroscientists, psychologists, and meditators; including seminars, meditation, and retreats.
We’re inviting you to explore the mind, reflect on what you’ve learnt, and put what you’ve learnt into practice. Here’s how:
Each month, we’ll release conversations with prominent thinkers, including Iain McGilchrist (the two hemispheres of the brain) and Penny Sartori (near-death experiences).
We'll follow these conversations with interactive zoom seminars in which we’ll reflect on our guest’s work and ask questions.
These seminars will be followed by a week of online meditation guidance, applying what you’ve learnt to your own experience.
Join us for two retreats, including the project's culmination in a week-long retreat at Adhisthana International Buddhist Centre in August 2022.
