Thursday 3 March – Sunday 6 March
This long-weekend offers a training situation for Mitras aged 18-35 living in Mainland Europe who are inspired by the dual work of transforming self and world.
The world needs a radical blueprint for change. The Dharma, as elucidated by Sangharakshita, provides a sustainable way to work with our minds and an alternative path to changing the world. In order to bring about this vision of a better world, we need to deepen our own practice, connect with others and build Sangha. This long-weekend is an opportunity to get to know other young Buddhists from different countries and will focus on how to teach meditation, live communally and run projects together.
Hosted by The Berlin Buddhist Centre in collaboration with Ksantikara (Young Buddhist Convenor) and a team of young order members (Dharmasara, Prasadacarin, Simharava, Satyadhara and Satyanita).
The weekend will start with an introduction at 8pm on Thursday and end at 12.30pm on Sunday. You'll need to organise your own accommodation in Berlin but we can find you a bed with local Sangha-members if you need it, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
