Meditation night in English

Our Monday Meditation Night is moving to Fridays! Join us from 7-9pm for an evening of buddhist meditation and ritual in our great main shrine room. Unfortunately, we can only allow 20 people to come, so please book via the website in advance.
This event is for those who are familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana practices. Not suitable for newcomers.
Please come at least 10min earlier so we can start in time.
