Meditation is an art. Its play. A subtle process, a turning toward, a being with. It can involve active responses or receptive and open curiosity. It requires us to be sensitive, listen, adjust. Through meditation we become more present, more robust, more positive. Over time we can let go more and not take life so seriously.
So meditation is what we will explore. Through meditating together both guided and unguided, through input, encoragement and the possibility to share with others how our meditation is unfolding.
The course is aimed at people that already know and are practising the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana. This course will focus more on the mindfulness of breathing.
We look forward to connecting and practising together.
