Learn how to meditate together with other meditators every Friday at 1pm. No matter if you're new to meditation or you've meditated before, this Lunchtime class is for you. Explore Buddhist meditation with like-minded people, some tea and a relaxed atmosphere! No need to bring anything just come.
Like all our events, this class runs on a donation basis.
Suitable for newcomers.
