6 Week Meditation Course: Entering the Flow
in Buddhistisches Tor Berlin
What has been striking me recently about meditation, is how when we enter the flow of experience there can be a sense of release, relaxation, pleasure, joy or satisfaction.
So simple, just attending to present moment experience without judging it.
So this is one of the things I would like us to explore. How can we enter the flow. How can we learn to stay present. Sensitive to the arising and passing of experience.
We will be doing this by looking specifically at the mindfulness of breathing practice. Ideally you will be already practicing this meditation, but the main thing you need is a curious mind.
I look forward to exploring this practice with you all.
