In this course, we will be exploring in depth basic teachings of Buddhism and learn how to meditate. 
This course is especially suitable for newcomers.

Well, starting on July 15th, we will be running a five-week course on the Threefold Path. 

The Threefold Path is one of the most effective and potent formulations of the Buddha's teaching.  

It contains everything. 

From actively choosing the direction of our lives, to experiencing the riches of meditation; it all works together leading to the kind of life we desire most. 

A life of Liberation, freedom from what keeps us fearful and cramped. 

Join Tarapalita, Sanghadarsini and Aryabandhu for this new course where we will be exploring the Threefold path, which is another way of saying we’ll be exploring our deepest potential in the light of the Buddha's guidance. 

We are looking forward to spending these coming weeks studying and practising together.
