In this course, we take a deep dive into the Mindfulness of Breathing meditation practice taught by the Buddha. The instructions couldn't be simpler - be aware of your breath, moment by moment. 

However, anyone who's tried to do this for more than a few minutes knows how difficult it is to put into practice!

The simplicity of the instructions reveals the rich, ever-changing, complex nature of our own minds, and gives us the opportunity to explore and respond to what happens in our minds in new, creative ways. 

As we explore themes such as posture and embodiment, working with distractions, making appropriate effort and deepening into states of absorption (dhyana), you will develop, step-by-step, a meditation toolkit that'll make a real difference to your everyday life.

An effective approach to the Mindfulness of Breathing leads to a radical transformation. Our minds can become calm and clear, giving us a new sense of confidence and presence in the world, and allowing us not only to see the rich, ever-changing, complex nature of our own minds, but the true nature of reality itself.
