Monday Meditation Course: A Deeper Joy
Mondays 6.30pm to 9.00pm for 5 weeks starting Monday 16th June

In this course we’ll be taking inspiration from the life of the 12th-century Tibetan meditation master, Milarepa. 

In his famous ‘Song of Yogic Happiness’, he sings:
“For me, the yogi Milarepa,

the luminous experience of meditation 

on the empty nature of mind feels so good!”

How can we experience this joy in our own meditation practice?

We’ll be exploring this question throughout the course by taking a deeper look at the three core meditation practices of the Triratna Buddhist Community: Mindfulness of Breathing, Metta Bhavana (cultivation of loving-kindness), and Just Sitting.

Each week will include a blend of teaching input, guided meditation, and small group discussion.
